Extended Stay America Allentown - Bethlehem

The hotel was okay, could have more dishes in the kitchen, only 2 dishes, 2 cups & spoons etc. You have to ask for every little thing. No breakfast is a minus but over all it was fine.

My stay was better than another place I had just been at. The front desk was friendly, and it was okay.

The hotel staff was very freindly and helpful with directions and anything else we may have needed. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Horrible staff, horrible management and disgusting facility. I would not board my pet in this foul smelling pit. As a frequent (2-4 nights a week, 130-170 nights a year) business traveler, I have never experienced a less professional, unfriendly and incompetent staff. I would stay here again. Fit my needs very nicely.

Very unimpressive hotel. Appeared run down and smoking was allowed in rooms and the smell permeated into the hall ways. Staff was friendly but nothing exceptional in any way. No restaurant here and no coffee or continental, just less than expected. ...read more
